GreenGrass Lawns and Landscapes is growing our gardening team.
We’d particularly love to hear from experienced gardeners who take pride in their work, use their initiative and want to be part of a professional, well-organised team.
Full-time employees work their full-time hours over a 4-day work week, with casual opportunities also available.
Experience is preferred, but if you’re reliable, switched-on and genuinely keen to learn, we’re also open to developing the right person.

About the role:
Depending on your experience, your work may include:
Garden maintenance and plant care
Hedging, pruning, weeding and mulching
Lawn mowing, edging and brushcutting
Weed control and herbicide application
Garden improvements and seasonal work
Monitoring gardens and identifying issues
Recording job updates through our systems
Providing friendly, professional service to clients

Who we're looking for:
You’ll ideally have experience in gardening, horticulture, grounds maintenance, lawn care or similar work.
More importantly, you’ll be:
Reliable and safety-conscious
Proud of the quality of your work
Able to use initiative and solve practical problems
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to keep learning
Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work
Formal horticultural qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
We’re also looking for a suitable Team Leader, so experienced gardeners interested in taking on more responsibility are encouraged to apply.
Essential requirements:
Current Class C driver’s licence
Manual licence preferred and required for some roles
Current work authorisation in Australia
Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
Depending on the role, you may also need to hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card, First Aid qualification, herbicide application accreditation or chainsaw accreditation.
Rate: $27.08–$37.98 per hour, based on award classification and employment type.
